Yo came from a very strict religious upbringing but always had this desire/calling to help people achieve balance in their lives. She believed she could do this through religious means, but as time went on she found herself on her own quest for truth and realized there was more to it.
Yo began exploring. She started looking more at the spiritual side of things, learning that spirituality is about the self not an institution. She had a tower moment and on the flip side of that was an awakening. Yo knew she had to really get in touch with herself. Her own spirit. She had to stop defining herself based on years of misinformation.
So, Yo has taken her life and technical experience to power her teachings and spiritual work to provide her clients with the right guidance so they can reach their soul level purpose.
